Many of the costs of conferences are paid in advance by the Mineralogical Society. A full refund of registration and other fees will be provided if cancellations are made before 15 May 2024. A 30% refund of registration and other fees will be provided in the event of cancellations made after this time but before 1st July 2024. After 1st July 2024, no refunds will be payable.
