One hundred thousand welcomes!

Dear Colleagues, on behalf of the organizing committee and of the Mineralogical Society of the UK and Ireland, the host organization, we invite you to join us in Dublin for the 4th European Mineralogical Conference, EMC2024.
The original idea for a joint conference amongst the European mineralogical societies was “to foster exchange of new research results between the European countries”. We have achieved this admirably with our previous conferences in Frankfurt, Rimini and Krakow.

We offer several field trips, giving you an opportunity to explore some of Ireland, a number of short courses, and a range of social events at which family members are encouraged to take part. There is also much of interest for pre- and post-conference entertainment.
